Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full Time

Category: Administration

Position Description:  This position will directly interface with assigned customers providing all support for entering, following up and tracking customer orders, resolving all customer issues, providing necessary information as needed to establish great customer relations. Activities related to the job responsibilities will be lightly monitored by direct manager for accuracy and professionalism. 

Functions/Responsibilities   

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronic means, or in person 
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders in e21 
  • Review and replenish on site inventory 
  • Manage 3PL inventory 
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally 
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items and re-stocking items 
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries 
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed 
  • Set up and maintain new customer accounts in e21 
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments 
  • Support the logistics/warehouse team with document and label preparation according to customer orders/instructions 
  • Forecast monthly production quantities 
  • Assist with monthly sales forecast as needed 
  • Assist with department projects 
  • Capable of providing E21 training to team members 
  • Must be aware of statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Strong decision-making abilities Strong planning and organizational skills 

Education   

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Advanced Degrees or certification preferred. 

Experience 

Five plus years’ experience in a customer service position preferred
